Sales Rep - COMM ONLY

UrbanSoft SA is hiring a Sales Representative on a commission-only basis, focused on Microsoft licensing and new business acquisition. The role is for someone with a strong personal or professional network and a real interest in sales. No formal sales experience is required.

You will sign up new business for Microsoft licensing solutions, including Microsoft 365, Office licenses, and related cloud services.

What you will do

• Identify and engage potential customers through your personal or professional network.
• Promote Microsoft licensing products, including Microsoft 365, Office, and cloud solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and manage the full sales cycle.
• Present solutions to clients and explain licensing options and benefits.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure accurate quoting and onboarding.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, with commission-based rewards.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and report on progress.
