Americas Sales Business Partner Manager at Twilio — remote job on CafeRemote

Twilio is hiring an Americas Sales Business Partner Manager to act as the right hand to leaders across its Americas Sales organization. You would work with a Regional VP of Sales and other go-to-market leaders to connect sales strategy with day-to-day execution. This is a remote role in the US, though it is not open to candidates in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania or Washington.

What you will do

  • Partner with GTM leaders and challenge the status quo.
  • Shape and execute business strategy to address risks, obstacles and opportunities.
  • Turn strategy into operational plans and carry them out.
  • Be the voice of sales in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Run operational cadences at the vertical or segment level in support of a Regional VP of Sales.
  • Manage forecast and pipeline health and drive predictability across the month, quarter and year.
  • Provide business performance insights and help leaders make decisions.
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc executive business updates.
  • Deliver localized planning and sales ops work such as headcount, annual planning, new year readiness, account movements, and territory and quota operationalization, in alignment with the Strategic Operations team.

What they are looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in sales operations, sales or strategy consulting, including at least 2 years directly partnering with senior software or tech sales leaders in organizations with $1B+ in sales.
  • Proficiency in sales planning and operations: sales coverage, segmentation, territory planning, sales compensation strategy, and running a rhythm of business such as MBRs and QBRs.
  • Problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leadership and teams.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience; a graduate degree is a plus.

How the team works

Twilio is remote-first, but you may be asked to report in person on an ad-hoc basis for team gatherings, functional off-sites or customer meetings. You may also travel occasionally for project or team in-person meetings.

The company uses AI to help make its hiring process efficient, but every hiring decision is made by Twilio employees.

Pay and benefits

Estimated pay ranges:

  • Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C.: $116,960 to $146,200.
  • New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California outside the San Francisco Bay area: $123,760 to $154,700.
  • San Francisco Bay area, California: $137,520 to $171,900.

The role may be eligible for Twilio's equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are generally eligible for health care insurance, a 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off and paid parental leave. Starting salary depends on non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience and geographic location.

Applications are intended to be accepted until November 20, 2026, though that may change based on business needs.
