Toggl Work: Senior Product Marketing Manager (Remote)

 We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the charge for Toggl Work, our newest product designed to transform People Operations. In this role, you’ll drive growth strategies, optimize customer onboarding, and ensure seamless engagement and retention for our users.  The Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for Toggl Work, focusing on user acquisition, onboarding, retention, and engagement. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll define target audiences, craft compelling messaging, and optimize customer journeys. Your expertise will position Toggl Work as a leading solution in People Operations, covering expense management, invoicing, budgeting, and workforce operations.
 Key Responsibilities
 

  • Lead GTM Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to drive acquisition and co-own onboarding, retention, and engagement KPIs with the Product Manager.
  • User Growth: Identify and onboard high-value users while maximizing engagement.
  • Optimize Customer Journeys: Create seamless onboarding processes and refine the user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to improve user retention and engagement.
  • Market Insights: Conduct research, competitive analysis, and experimentation to enhance growth strategies.


About You

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Are a self-starter with experience managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • Have proven success in user acquisition and customer success, especially in SaaS.
  • Are familiar with people operations software tools (a significant plus).
  • Thrive on creating and optimizing GTM strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Have a strong, data-driven approach and are skilled in analyzing KPIs to guide decisions.
  • Enjoy building processes from scratch and adapting to the needs of an evolving product.
  • Have a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape and are excited about launching new products.

Salary

The annual salary for this position is €60,000.
