As a forward-thinking team, we embrace the future of SEO, blending technical expertise with creative content strategies. You’ll be instrumental in positioning Toggl as a leader in the B2B SaaS industry while reporting to the Senior Content Manager and collaborating with a dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define and execute monthly and quarterly SEO goals.
  • Perform in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and create detailed SEO briefs for content creators.
  • Optimize existing content, address decaying articles, and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Design and implement internal linking strategies to enhance page authority and rankings.
  • Track high-impact transactional keywords and create actionable plans to improve rankings.
  • Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console and resolve technical SEO issues.
  • Set and analyze SEO performance metrics, leveraging tools like Google Analytics for actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to keep Toggl ahead of the curve.

About You

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about creating content that resonates with users.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced SEO Professional: You’ve honed your skills in keyword research, content optimization, and crafting successful content strategies—preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Strategic & Creative Thinker: You rely on data-driven insights to develop strategies and have a flair for creating engaging, brand-enhancing content.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Clearscope, Airtable, and Google Search Console. Experience with AI-driven tools is a plus.
  • Independent & Collaborative: You excel at managing your own workflow while contributing effectively to team projects.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for nuances and deliver high-quality work with precision.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: You take initiative, think ahead, and adapt quickly to challenges.
