Remote Sales & Customer Success Lead

Toggl Hire seeks a strategic leader to oversee Sales, Customer Success, and Support, driving growth and innovation in a scaling B2B SaaS environment. This fully remote role offers €70,000 annual salary, performance-based reviews, and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Europe while contributing to a dynamic, growing team backed by a stable organization. 

Your Role and Responsibilities 

In this leadership position, you’ll take ownership of refining and scaling customer-facing frameworks, integrating strategies such as product-led growth (PLG), inbound and outbound sales, and cross-selling with Toggl’s suite of products. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and other teams, helping drive revenue growth and ensuring customer success. 

Key areas of responsibility include: 

  • Sales: Streamlining the sales pipeline, mentoring the team, managing key deals, and achieving ambitious growth targets. 
  • Customer Success: Strengthening onboarding, reducing churn, and creating scalable processes to ensure long-term value for customers. 
  • Collaboration: Acting as the “voice of the customer” to influence the product roadmap and align go-to-market strategies. 
  • Team Leadership: Guiding and developing a small team, preparing them for growth while actively contributing to daily operations. 


What Makes You the Perfect Fit?
 

We’re seeking an accomplished professional with at least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS. A proven track record in closing deals, driving retention, and improving processes is essential. You’ll excel in this role if you’re both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader, with the ability to balance high-level goals with detailed execution. 

Must-Have Experience: 

  • 3–5 years in Sales, Customer Success, or similar roles in B2B SaaS. 
  • Strong expertise in deal closure, retention strategies, and scaling processes. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers and teams. 

Nice-to-Have Skills: 

  • Familiarity with scaling SaaS operations and achieving product-market fit (PMF). 
  • Knowledge of CRM, customer success platforms, and support systems. 
  • Prior experience in a team leadership role.
