Key Responsibilities

As the Partnerships & Affiliate Manager, your focus will be on developing strategies to grow Toggl’s visibility and enhance its community of brand advocates. Your responsibilities will include:

Partnership Development:

• Identify and establish partnerships with relevant brands, influencers, and organizations.
• Plan and execute webinars, online events, and guest posts that align with Toggl’s goals.
• Build creative and strategic relationships to amplify Toggl’s reach and relevance.

Engaging Influencers:

• Collaborate with influencers and productivity experts to create compelling stories around Toggl’s brand.
• Manage paid and organic partnerships with key voices in the productivity ecosystem.
• Nurture relationships with external stakeholders to elevate Toggl in broader industry conversations.

Affiliate Program Management:

• Oversee and optimize Toggl’s affiliate program to drive performance and incentivize partners.
• Analyze key metrics to evaluate affiliate activities and identify growth opportunities.
• Implement creative campaigns to engage affiliates and enhance loyalty.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure partnerships and affiliate initiatives align with overall business goals.
• Prepare reports showcasing the impact of partnerships and affiliate strategies.
• Develop community guidelines and policies for the affiliate program.
