Your Responsibilities as a Senior Product Designer

As part of our Toggl Suite team, your role will be pivotal in optimizing product features through end-to-end design solutions.

🔹 Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to identify new opportunities and design innovative solutions.
🔹 Deliver web, mobile, and desktop experiences for an evolving SaaS tracking platform.
🔹 Collect and analyze user feedback (qualitative & quantitative) to refine the product continuously.

What We’re Looking For

We need an experienced, proactive designer who can conduct user research, optimize workflows, and collaborate across teams to ensure outstanding design outcomes.

✔ Self-starter who can take charge of complex design projects from concept to completion.
✔ Proven track record of designing and launching SaaS products with a strong focus on UX improvements and product growth.
✔ Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and visual) for effective collaboration with developers, support teams, and management.
✔ Ability to step into the user’s shoes, identify pain points, and proactively enhance the user experience.
✔ Comfortable with continuous experimentation and iterative product improvements.
✔ Passion for design communities, open to constructive feedback, and eager to contribute to the company’s design culture.
