Your Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs that support hiring workflows like assessments, pipelines, reporting, and integrations.
  
  
• Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver high-impact features.
  
  
• Lead medium- to large-scope projects independently.
  
  
• Proactively identify technical issues and propose solutions without waiting for guidance.

About You

We’re looking for a proactive engineer who thrives in environments valuing speed, ownership, and experimentation.
 Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong backend development experience with Go.
  
  
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Infrastructure.
  
  
• Solid understanding of best software engineering practices (unit testing, code reviews, documentation).
  
  
• Expertise in diagnosing and optimizing performance issues at scale.
  
  
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  
  
• Experience designing systems architecture at scale.
  
  
• Willingness to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.
  
  
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal), essential for a remote and asynchronous work setup.
