B2B Sales Representative Role

Join our global team and help bring effective phone solutions to businesses across Main Street USA.
 As a B2B Sales Representative, you will engage with prospects primarily over the phone, deeply understanding their needs and recommending the best plans.

Your Key Metrics:

  • 40+ prospect connects per day

  • Strong MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) conversion rate

  • Closing 3+ deals daily

Who You Are

  • Workhorse: You are quick to act—calling a lead within seconds and relentlessly focused on closing deals.

  • Empathetic Discoverer: You prioritize understanding the customer’s real problems and suggesting genuine solutions, not pushing unnecessary products.

  • CRM Analyzer: You maintain detailed and organized records in the CRM, know your sales funnel metrics, seek feedback, and tag opportunities properly.

Your Background

  • SMB Sales Experience: 4+ years of managing the full SMB sales cycle — lead qualification, negotiations, and deal closures.

  • CRM Familiarity: Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.

  • High-Performance Track Record: History of closing 2+ SMB deals daily and achieving at least $5k in monthly recurring revenue (MRR), preferably in a startup environment.

  • Customer-Centric Approach: You ensure leads are smoothly guided through onboarding, putting customer success first.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $1,200 USD per month

  • Plus uncapped commissions
