Founding Sales Manager – B2B Strategy

As a B2B Sales Leader, you will be instrumental in scaling our sales operations 10x over the next three years. This is a high-impact role where you’ll build, manage, and optimize a dynamic sales team that drives business growth. 

Your role will focus on empowering small businesses by showcasing how Community Phone’s solutions can enhance efficiency, cut costs, and drive success. Your team will take ownership of prospecting, lead qualification, conversion, and customer onboarding to ensure seamless transitions.

Your Role & Responsibilities 

Build & Lead a High-Performing Sales Team 

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a results-driven B2B sales force. 
  • Set the benchmark for excellence, inspiring high performance and accountability. 
  • Create a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and execution. 

Optimize Sales Strategies & Execution 

  • Develop scalable sales processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Implement streamlined workflows, targeted outreach, and data-driven selling. 
  • Foster an expectation-driven environment, where effort translates into results. 

Drive Lead Generation & Conversion 

  • Oversee end-to-end sales funnels, from prospecting to successful onboarding. 
  • Ensure your team is proactive, agile, and conversion-focused. 
  • Leverage data insights to refine messaging and sales strategies continuously. 


Measure, Analyze & Improve Performance 

  • Own and exceed key performance metrics: lead response time, conversion rates, ARPU, and retention. 
  • Implement real-time adjustments based on performance insights and trends. 
  • Develop sales playbooks and training to maintain high levels of execution. 


Innovate & Adapt to Market Demands
 

  • Test and optimize sales outreach, messaging, and conversion tactics. 
  • Pivot strategies quickly based on customer feedback and market insights. 
  • Implement winning methodologies to sustain consistent growth.

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
