Your Role 

Team Leadership 

• Guide and mentor a distributed team of 5+ designers. 
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture. 
• Oversee team goals, professional development, and hiring needs. 

Design Strategy & Execution 

• Shape the product vision and drive user research initiatives. 
• Provide feedback and critique on designs, ensuring quality and alignment with product goals. 
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to build user-centric solutions. 
• Contribute to building and maintaining our design system. 

User-Centered Innovation 

• Lead qualitative and quantitative research efforts to uncover user needs. 
• Translate insights into actionable design strategies. 
• Spearhead design-led projects such as major feature redesigns. 

What You Bring 

Experience & Expertise 

• 8+ years in product design, including 4+ years in leadership roles. 
• Proven track record in designing SaaS desktop/mobile applications. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing elegant, user-friendly solutions. 
• Proficiency with tools like Figma and modern design systems. 

Visionary Leadership 

• Ability to inspire and guide a design team to achieve high-impact results. 
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. 

Technical Acumen 

• Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles, typography, accessibility, and CSS. 
• Experience working with product roadmaps and aligning design strategy to business objectives.
