Close is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join their 100% remote team. You'll work on impactful projects, including building new user-facing features, AI integrations, and infrastructure optimization. The role requires collaboration with backend/frontend engineers, product managers, and designers, focusing on enhancing sales productivity through performance and scalability improvements. The tech stack includes Python, Flask, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and AWS. 

What You'll Work On 

• Designing and launching new user-facing features to improve sales team productivity 
• Enhancing our GraphQL and REST APIs for better performance and scalability 
• Building powerful analytics features and real-time updates for our users 
• Optimizing data processing and handling massive volumes of logs and events 
• Collaborating on integrations with SaaS platforms like Google G Suite, Zapier, and web conferencing tools 

Required Skills 

• 5+ years of experience in building modern backend systems 
• Proficiency in Python and experience with web APIs and data stores like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch 
• Ability to design, scale, and optimize systems for speed and reliability 
• Strong code review skills and passion for code craftsmanship
