We’re now looking for an experienced Head of Product Design to lead and shape our growing design team. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the design of our web, desktop, and mobile applications while playing a significant part in defining the vision for new features and enhancing user experiences.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a mix of leadership, strategy, and hands-on design responsibilities:

• Lead a Design Team: Manage and mentor a team of 5+ senior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Set Goals & Drive Quality: Establish quarterly team goals and ensure high-quality design standards.
• Shape the Product Vision: Define and communicate a design vision that aligns with our product strategy and brand identity.
• Oversee Design Projects: Plan and assign design tasks, review work, and guide the design process from conception to implementation.
• Conduct User Research: Drive qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to understand user pain points and integrate insights into design decisions.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain Design Systems: Partner with Engineering to refine and expand our design system, ensuring consistency across platforms.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone with a strong mix of experience, design expertise, and leadership skills:

• Extensive Experience: 8+ years in product design, including at least 4 years in a management role.
• SaaS Design Expertise: Proven ability to create elegant solutions for complex SaaS applications.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like Figma (components, variants) and a strong understanding of CSS, accessibility, and modern design principles.
• Customer Focus: Ability to empathize with users and design solutions that solve real-world problems.
• Strong Communication: Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to manage remote teams effectively.
