Creative Producer

Linear is hiring a Creative Producer to work with its internal creative studio, the Magic team, managing projects across brand, marketing, and product launches. The role is for someone with at least five years of creative production or project management experience who can keep a creative team focused and moving. Linear is a fully remote company, and this position is open to candidates in North America.

What you will do

• Manage creative projects from the initial brief through production and delivery, keeping timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders aligned.
• Own the intake and coordination of creative requests across teams, helping prioritize work and allocate resources.
• Work closely with the Creative Director to plan projects, manage priorities, and organize the team's workload.
• Coordinate designers, engineers, copywriters, and external collaborators so projects move forward smoothly.
• Work with stakeholders in Marketing, Product, and other teams to align on project goals, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain clear project documentation, timelines, and status updates so everyone has visibility into ongoing work.
• Identify potential blockers early, resolve dependencies, and improve how the creative team operates.

• 5+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or a similar role at a tech company, creative agency, or in-house studio.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• A proactive, self-directed approach with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Good creative judgment and an appreciation for high-quality design and craftsmanship.
• Experience working with designers, developers, and other creative disciplines.
• Bonus: a background in design or hands-on experience with creative tools and workflows.
