Porkbun is a fully remote domain name registrar seeking multiple full-time Technical Support Representatives based in the U.S. Candidates must reside in one of our operational states: California, Idaho, Oregon, Texas, or Washington.

Common Support Requests Include: 

• Connecting a domain to Shopify

We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience with domains, hosting, or DNS—either professionally or personally—or extensive experience in live technical support. Strong diagnostic ability and a genuine love for learning are key. Experience across multiple support channels (phone, chat, email) is highly valued.
 
 Essential Skills & Requirements
 

• Ability to provide outstanding live support via phone and chat—even during stressful customer moments

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  
  
• At least 2 years of technical support experience (internal help desk or customer-facing)
  
  
• Knowledge of domains, hosting, and DNS
  
  
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet remote workspace
  
  
• Ability to thrive in a remote environment
  
  
• Appreciation for terrible-yet-hilarious puns
  
  
• Availability to work weekends

Schedule

We are currently hiring for this standard shift:
Thursday–Monday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)

All 8-hour shifts include one hour of paid breaks.
