Porkbun is a fully remote domain name registrar offering more than 500 domain extensions—from .com to .pizza to .plumbing! Our intuitive platform and industry-low prices have made us the go-to registrar for developers, small businesses, and bargain hunters alike. 

Even though our tools are simple, customers sometimes need help connecting their domain to Shopify, setting up email, purchasing hosting, or just figuring out why their site isn’t working — and that’s where you come in.  

What You’ll Do 

• Deliver exceptional live support via phone, chat, and email.
  
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to domains, hosting, and DNS.
  
  
• Assist customers with setup, transfers, and payment queries.
  
  
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone, even when customers are stressed.
  
  
• Help make the Internet a better (and funnier) place — puns welcome. 
  
  

What We’re Looking For
 

• At least 2 years of live technical support or domain/DNS/hosting experience.
  
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  
  
• Calm under pressure, patient, and customer-focused.
  
  
• Strong writing skills for clear, professional email responses.
  
  
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
  
  
• Ability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
  
  
• Comfort with remote work and bad puns.
  
  

Shift Details
 

• Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 9 AM–5 PM (Pacific Time)
  
  
• Paid Breaks: All 8-hour shifts include 1 hour of paid breaks
  
  

Compensation & Benefits
 

• Salary: $40,000/year
  
  
• Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision (single coverage) after 90 days
