Live Technical Support Representative (Full-Time, Remote – U.S. Only)

Porkbun is a fully remote domain name registrar serving customers worldwide. We are currently hiring multiple full-time Technical Support Representatives based in the United States. Due to operational requirements, applicants must reside in one of the following states: California, Idaho, Oregon, Texas, or Washington.
Porkbun offers over 500 domain extensions, from traditional options like .com to creative extensions such as .pizza and .plumbing. Our simple interface and highly competitive pricing have made us a favorite among developers and tech-savvy users, while our commitment to outstanding customer support continues to attract everyday users seeking reliable service at affordable prices. Our reputation is reflected in consistently strong customer reviews and industry recognition.
While our platform is designed to be user-friendly, customers occasionally need help with issues such as connecting domains to platforms like Shopify, transferring domains, troubleshooting website problems, purchasing WordPress hosting, resolving payment issues, or configuring email services. Your role will be to guide customers through these challenges with confidence and empathy.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Candidates should have professional or personal experience with domains, hosting, and DNS, or demonstrate strong live technical support experience. We are seeking individuals with proven technical and diagnostic skills who are eager to learn and grow. Experience providing support across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email, is strongly preferred.

Work Schedule
This role primarily involves live phone and chat support during U.S. time zones. The standard shift is:
Thursday to Monday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
All 8-hour shifts include one hour of paid breaks.
