Pay and benefits
The annual cash compensation range is €88,850 to €127,050. HubSpot says this cash compensation includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under its bonus plan for eligible roles. Some roles are also eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan and receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Individual packages are determined using objective, role-related criteria, which may include skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
Benefits are described as an important piece of the total compensation package, and the listing points to a resource on HubSpot's benefits and perks. HubSpot states that its approach to fair compensation is about living out its value of transparency with employees, candidates, and community, not just legal compliance.
Location and flexibility
The role is based in Germany. HubSpot says it values both flexibility and connection: whether you are a remote employee or work from the office, you start by building strong connections with your team and peers. If you join the Engineering team, you are required to attend a regional HubSpot office for in-person onboarding. If you join the broader Product team, you also attend other in-person events, such as your Product Group Summit and other gatherings. If you need an accommodation due to travel limitations or other reasons, the listing says to inform your recruiter during the hiring process.
