The Role:

We are seeking a creative and driven UI/UX Designer to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the entire product development process, from conducting user research and generating design concepts to delivering visually compelling designs and seamless user experiences that align with the product's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze product challenges and high-level user needs, proposing design solutions.
• Develop user flows, UI designs, component libraries, and prototypes for both mobile and web interfaces.
• Continuously conduct user and product research to find areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the UX/UI and Web Graphic teams to ensure a unified, end-to-end experience and successful product release.
• Gather feedback from designers, product managers, and users to refine the design and functionality.
• Assess how new products meet market demands and consumer preferences.
• Write feature annotations for web developers.
• Combine creativity with an understanding of design elements.
• Turn initial concepts, mock-ups, and wireframes into complete designs and hand off UIs using Figma.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, designers, and other departments on various projects and campaigns.

Main Requirements:

• A university degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• A portfolio that highlights problem-solving abilities and an understanding of design constraints for different platforms (e.g., desktop, mobile, Android, iOS).
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe CC, and other prototyping tools.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills.
• Proven experience in illustration, web design, iconography, and logo design.
• A team-oriented mindset.
• Passion for creative and product design.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
