XM is seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer with a strong focus on securing cloud-native infrastructure, containers, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will work as part of a team that integrates security across development and operations processes. You will contribute to the security of our platforms by applying modern tools, methods, and automation. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct security assessments and recommend best practices for infrastructure
  
  
• Define and implement DevSecOps security standards, policies, and procedures
  
  
• Secure containers, images, and Kubernetes infrastructure using AWS EKS
  
  
• Maintain and configure security platforms for workload protection
  
  
• Improve CI/CD pipeline security for GitLab and Jenkins
  
  
• Collaborate with developers and cloud engineers to integrate security into the development lifecycle
  
  
• Create infrastructure security solutions using Terraform and policy-as-code frameworks
  
  
• Identify automation opportunities to improve security efficiency
  
  

Requirements
 

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Security or a related field
  
  
• Minimum five years of experience in Information Security with at least two years in DevSecOps
  
  
• Strong experience in container and Kubernetes security, especially on AWS EKS
  
  
• Experience with GitLab and Jenkins platform hardening
  
  
• Familiarity with network policies such as Cilium
  
  
• Proficiency in AWS services including IAM, CloudTrail, VPC, EC2, EKS, and ELB
  
  
• Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform
  
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications
 

• Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist or similar certifications
  
  
• AWS Certified Security – Specialty
  
  
• Experience with Prisma Cloud, Helm, Istio, and scripting in Python
