We are hiring a high-energy, bilingual Sales Appointment Setter to manage inbound leads and convert them into booked appointments. 

This is a script-based sales role. You will follow a proven word-for-word script during calls to ensure consistent, high-performing conversations. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in structured systems and KPI-driven environments. 

If you prefer flexible hours, improvising scripts, or low-performance pressure roles, this will not be a fit. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients

  • Follow a structured call script from start to finish

  • Respond to escalated SMS, Facebook DMs, and Instagram DMs

  • Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments

  • Follow up with no-shows and reactivation leads

  • Log tasks and updates in CRM

  • Communicate client preferences and scheduling needs with internal team members

  • Submit end-of-day reports

  • Attend weekly KPI review meetings

Performance Expectations
 
This is a high-volume sales role with clear metrics:
 

  • 150–250 calls per day

  • 25–35 leads handled daily

  • 7–10+ bookings per day

  • 25%+ lead-to-booking rate

  • 75%+ show rate

  • 130+ showed appointments per month

Performance is tracked using measurable KPIs. Coaching is data-driven and structured.
 
Schedule (Fixed – PST Time Zone)
 
Monday: 9 AM – 6 PM PST
 Tuesday: Off
 Wednesday: 9 AM – 6 PM PST
 Thursday: 9 AM – 6 PM PST
 Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM PST
 Saturday: 9 AM – 6 PM PST
 Sunday: Off
 
Includes 1 hour total break time daily.
 Minimum 12-month commitment required.
 This must be your primary full-time role.
 
Requirements
 

  • Near-native English and Spanish (Bilingual required)

  • Based in Latin America

  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience

  • Strong objection handling and rapport-building skills

  • Comfortable running structured scripts

  • High emotional intelligence and strong listening skills

  • Experience using CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred)

  • Fast and reliable internet (25–50 Mbps minimum)

  • Computer with 8GB RAM minimum (16GB preferred)

  • Wired headset and mouse required (second monitor preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
 

  • 1+ year of sales experience

  • Experience in salon, beauty, or appointment-based businesses

  • Comfortable working with female clientele

  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools
