Position: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Inbound Appointment Setter
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented appointment setter to handle leads from paid ads (Facebook/Instagram) for a high-traffic beauty salon client in Fontana, California. You’ll manage calls, texts, and DMs, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate is confident, process-driven, and enjoys connecting with clients. 

Client Background
Our client is a 21-year-old, family-owned hair and beauty salon offering services like haircuts, coloring, highlights, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, and permanent makeup. 

Responsibilities
Daily Duties: 

  • Respond to inbound calls, SMS, and social media DMs (Facebook/Instagram) that require human interaction

  • Follow up with leads via CRM and schedule/reschedule/cancel appointments

  • Contact no-shows to get them back on the calendar

  • Communicate client requests with stylists

  • End-of-day reporting

Weekly Duties:
 

  • Participate in weekly review meetings

  • Understand KPIs and contribute ideas for improvement

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week with 1 hour total breaks
 

  • Monday: 9 AM – 6 PM PST

  • Tuesday: Off

  • Wednesday: 9 AM – 6 PM PST

  • Thursday: 9 AM – 6 PM PST

  • Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM PST

  • Saturday: 9 AM – 6 PM PST

  • Sunday: Off

Requirements
 

  • Bilingual: Advanced English & Spanish

  • Location: Latin America

  • Sales Experience: Minimum 6 months, with discovery, rapport-building, and objection handling skills

  • Communication: Confident, articulate, friendly, extroverted

  • Emotional Intelligence: Able to read cues and proactively address concerns

  • Process-Oriented: Follows instructions and SOPs meticulously

  • Problem-Solving: Resolve edge cases and overcome objections independently

  • CRM Experience: Experience with GoHighLevel preferred

  • Computer: 6+ GB RAM (8–16+ GB preferred), mouse, second monitor preferred

  • Internet: Fast and reliable with backup

Preferred Qualifications
 

  • 1+ year sales experience

  • Familiarity with salons, beauty services, or B2C appointment-based businesses

  • Personal interest in beauty/self-care

  • Experience working with female clientele

  • AI literacy for sales/business tools
