You’ll own the end-to-end workflow—from commitment to funding—ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and proactive communication. This role is critical for maintaining strong investor relationships and driving reinvestment momentum.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Onboarding Execution

  • Manage the full investor onboarding workflow.

  • Coordinate KYC, accreditation, and Blue Sky requirements with third-party compliance partners to meet all legal and regulatory obligations.

  • Accurately process and track wire transfers and capital commitments.

Investor Portal Management (InvestNext)

  • Maintain portal accuracy, including proper entity mapping and secure document storage.

  • Serve as the primary data owner for investor records, capital commitments, and distribution reporting.

  • Track investment lifecycle status per investor and escalate issues to executive leadership as needed.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

  • Deliver a high-touch, white-glove investor experience that reduces friction and encourages future reinvestment.

  • Monitor onboarding timelines per investor and offering to ensure efficiency.

  • Collaborate with CPAs, fund administrators, and operations to maintain accurate investor records for tax and reporting purposes.

Requirements

Prior Experience: 2–5 years in investor relations, investor operations, financial services operations, or similar client-facing roles. Private investment or real estate experience is a strong plus.

Systems Experience: Experience with InvestNext or similar investor portal software (ability to learn new systems quickly is essential). Strong proficiency in task management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp) and Excel-based data tracking.

Work Style:

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, highly organized, and thorough.

  • Takes ownership and accountability for client outcomes.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver a superior, white-glove client experience.
