E-Commerce Coordinator (Remote) 

We’re collaborating with a fast-growing global brand seeking a detail-oriented and analytical E-Commerce Coordinator to support the Director of E-Commerce in optimizing and scaling their Shopify Plus and Amazon sales channels. 

If you love combining data, creativity, and performance marketing, this role is perfect for you! You’ll help manage e-commerce storefronts, conduct data analysis and forecasting, and ensure listings and campaigns are optimized for visibility and conversion.  

Key Responsibilities 

E-Commerce Optimization 

  • Manage day-to-day operations across Shopify Plus and Amazon.

  • Audit product pages for SEO, visual appeal, and conversion improvements.

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on new launches and promotions.

  • Ensure consistent product content across AeroPress.com, Amazon, and retail partners.

Analytics & Reporting
 

  • Track and analyze traffic, sales, and performance data for all e-commerce channels.

  • Forecast D2C sales trends using historical and market data.

  • Generate actionable insights for SEO, paid media, and retention strategies.

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Amazon Seller Reports.

Amazon Management
 

  • Create and maintain listings in Seller Central (local & global).

  • Partner with agencies on brand store optimization and Amazon Ads.

  • Monitor account health and manage FBA/FBM operations efficiently.

Marketing Support
 

  • Write engaging product copy and update creative assets.

  • Support PPC, SEO, and affiliate campaigns to drive growth.

Requirements

Must-Haves
 

  • 2+ years of experience managing Shopify Plus and Amazon Seller Central.

  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills.

  • Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, and e-commerce marketing.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves
 

  • Experience with affiliate, retention, or email marketing.

  • Familiarity with retail platforms (Target, Walmart, etc.).

  • Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
