We’re hiring a Head of Omnichannel Marketing to lead our global digital and offline strategy. This executive-level, fully remote role offers $140,000–$180,000 base salary plus bonuses, requires native English fluency, and a minimum 4-hour overlap with JST (Monday–Friday).
As Head of Omnichannel Marketing, you will own the complete customer journey—from first contact to lifelong collector loyalty. You will be responsible for designing and executing unified marketing strategies that span both digital campaigns and real-world brand experiences. This includes performance marketing, retention, influencer engagement, event sponsorships, branded assets, and street-level activations.
This is not a hands-off role. While you will manage a team of specialists, you are also expected to step in, lead from the front, and fill executional gaps when necessary.
