🎨 Role: CRO Designer

You will collaborate closely with our ideation team, transforming wireframes, research insights, and hypotheses into compelling visual designs for A/B testing.

🛠 Required Skills

  • 3+ years of UI/UX design experience (strong focus on UI)

  • Expert-level Figma skills — design systems, components, handoff files

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive frameworks

  • Solid understanding of UX principles and wireframing

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Ability to overlap with US Eastern Time (EST) for at least 4 hours
