The Role 

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Analytics Specialist to join our Analytics Team. The primary focus of this role is implementing accurate, scalable tracking solutions and resolving complex analytics issues for both internal teams and external clients. 

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong initiative and problem-solving ability, can independently research and test solutions, and balances precision with practicality to deliver reliable insights even when perfect tracking conditions are not available. This role also requires clear communication with stakeholders to explain technical challenges, secure alignment, and report progress.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Implement and maintain conversion tracking for forms, buttons, e-commerce events, and custom interactions

  • Validate and quality-check tracking implementations to ensure accuracy and reliability

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve analytics and tracking issues

  • Monitor and verify experiment measurement across platforms such as Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, and Hotjar

  • Develop custom reports using Google Analytics and additional data sources

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to clarify requirements, explain issues, and share updates

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
 

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing Google Tag Manager (GTM), including implementation, testing, and maintenance

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with web analytics platforms, including Google Analytics (UA and GA4)

  • Basic understanding of JavaScript

  • Proven experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude, with strong knowledge of web analytics metrics

  • Solid understanding of web analytics processes, including strategy, implementation, validation, and reporting

  • Experience with third-party tags, pixels, and custom tracking solutions

  • Experience migrating analytics setups from Universal Analytics to GA4

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
