Project Manager

Spiralyze helps businesses grow revenue by using data-driven design to improve conversion rates. Our approach creates a continuous engine for measurable conversion and revenue growth. Through research and analysis, we uncover the underlying reasons behind lost sales opportunities, then translate those insights into persuasive design improvements that encourage more visitors to take action.

Every change we make is validated through rigorous A/B testing, allowing us to measure the real impact of each experiment. Backed by deep experience across diverse clients, we deliver faster and more meaningful results. Our leadership team brings conversion optimization expertise shaped by experience at McKinsey, Google, and eBay.

The Project Manager plays a central, client-facing role in driving successful experimentation programs. High-impact A/B testing requires coordination across research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders. Your role is to keep teams aligned, projects moving forward, and momentum high from concept through results.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination

  • Lead cross-functional teams of 5–10 people to move experiments smoothly from ideation to build, launch, and analysis

  • Identify risks early, remove blockers, and ensure deliverables stay on track

Strategy & Planning

  • Help build and manage a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments

  • Clearly communicate the rationale behind testing plans and guide clients through weekly updates on progress and results

Energy & Momentum

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams

  • Bring clarity, positivity, and focus—especially during busy or complex phases of work

Skills, Traits & What We’re Looking For

No prior A/B testing or formal project management experience is required—we provide full training. We’re looking for candidates who bring:

  • Strong organization and attention to detail: You enjoy systems, timelines, and checklists, and you see projects through to completion

  • Clear, proactive communication: You keep stakeholders informed, surface risks early, and aren’t afraid to ask for support

  • High ownership and curiosity: You learn quickly, enjoy technology and design, and seek to understand what drives results by spotting patterns and asking smart questions

What You’ll Get

  • Clear growth paths: We invest heavily in training and promote primarily from within—many Spiralyze leaders started in entry-level roles

  • Tech & learning support: Reimbursement for equipment upgrades and training in tools like Figma and GA4

  • Highly in-demand skills: Hands-on experience in Conversion Rate Optimization alongside world-class experimentation teams

  • Time to recharge: 20 days of paid vacation plus holidays
