- Lead pipeline tied to priority initiatives: digital twins for planning, VLM-powered video analytics, agentic AI for public service automation, and sovereign AI strategies for local governments.
- Engage with NVIDIA technology partners and identify where collaboration makes sense, from technical to business needs.
- Influence industry standards and guidelines, and help build policy, governance models, and responsible AI approaches across European and EMEA public-service markets.
- Drive talent development and local capacity building, helping cities create innovation hubs and develop public-sector AI skills.
What they are looking for
- BSc in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technology systems, AI platforms, cloud or edge software, or vertical public-sector transformation.
- Experience working with public-sector entities such as local government, city councils, ministries, smart-city authorities, urban mobility agencies, or critical infrastructure operators.
- Strong negotiation, opportunity management, and deal-closing abilities.
- Ability to build influence across political, technical, and operational collaborators.
- Excellent communication and executive-presence skills, with the ability to present complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter, autonomous, high integrity, and collaborative.
- Ability to travel across EMEA.
- Proficient in English and German.
Ways to stand out
- Proven success with large city or national digital-transformation projects.
- Experience delivering AI or digital twin outcomes with measurable community impact.
- Passion for NVIDIA's mission, AI innovation, and building sovereign AI capabilities with governments.
- Ability to articulate critical thinking clearly, both the why and the how.
- An inspirational communication style that can mobilize partners and collaborators.
