- Safeguard financial and confidential information across all claim files.
- Oversee billing practices of outside and in-house counsel to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.

- Participate in special projects at the direction of leadership.
What they are looking for
- 5+ years managing complex and litigated casualty claims.
- Deep expertise handling severe to catastrophic injuries and fatalities.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and negotiate with customers and conduct investigations.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and time management skills to delegate work and organize resources.
- Expert-level knowledge of claims case handling practices, legal liability, general insurance policy coverage, and state tort laws, normally acquired through a bachelor's degree or equivalent training plus 4 to 6 years of directly related work experience (at least two of which should ordinarily be in a team leader capacity).
- Licensing required in some states.
