Location: Remote (U.S.-based candidates preferred) 

Inevitable LLC is looking for a Content Operations & Digital Workflow Coordinator who can help manage the organization, scheduling, and deployment of educational and marketing content across its digital platforms. 

This role is focused on workflow coordination and operational management, not content writing or creation. 

You will work closely with the operations lead, Ana, to manage workflows, monitor deliverables, and maintain organized systems that support content production and communication processes. 

The role also includes helping coordinate communication, collaborations, and speaking engagements so that opportunities can smoothly progress from planning to completion. 

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys system organization, workflow management, and ensuring complex projects move efficiently from idea to execution. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Organize and track the production of educational and marketing content across multiple digital channels
 • Maintain structured timelines and task tracking systems to keep projects on schedule
 • Coordinate with contributors and follow up on deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
 • Implement and publish pre-prepared content across email campaigns, webpages, and course platforms
 • Verify content formatting, links, and placement before and after publication
 • Assist with coordinating logistics related to communications, collaborations, and speaking engagements
 • Maintain clear and efficient systems that support project workflows from planning to completion 

Work Schedule 

Approximately 14 hours per week. 

The schedule is flexible as long as project timelines and communication needs are maintained. 

Typical arrangements include: 

• Around 2 hours per weekday, or
• Two longer workdays per week 

Compensation 

• $350 per week (flat contractor rate)
• Independent contractor position (1099)
• Additional hours may occasionally be added with mutual agreement 

Some working time overlapping with U.S. Central Time is required. 

U.S.-based applicants are preferred, though international candidates with overlapping availability may also be considered.
