AI Infrastructure Full-Stack Developer (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

EWOR GmbH is hiring a full-stack developer to work on AI infrastructure as part of a new department. The role is fully remote and open to people based in Europe or the Americas, or to anyone willing to relocate or arrange remote work. You would report directly to the department founder and take full ownership of systems built from scratch.

This is for a builder who wants autonomy rather than layers of approval. The company says it is backed and led by serial entrepreneurs, including Paul Müller (founder of Adjust, €1.2B exit) and Petter Made (founder of SumUp, €8B).

What you will do

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in areas such as AI infrastructure.
• Turn high-level strategy into concrete execution roadmaps and move quickly from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones, with the aim of positioning the new department for rapid growth and potentially a spin-off to attract institutional backing.

• You have a high-agency builder mindset, proven domain expertise, and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
