Space Tech Robotics Engineer (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

EWOR is building a new department focused on 0-to-1 initiatives, and this role is for an engineer who wants to lead work in Space Tech. It is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide, though the company asks that you are based in Europe or the Americas or are open to relocation or remote arrangements. You would report directly to the department founder.

The company is backed and led by serial entrepreneurs, including Paul Müller, founder of Adjust, and Petter Made, founder of SumUp. The role is aimed at someone who wants full ownership of systems and strategy rather than working inside a large corporate structure.

What you will do

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in domains such as Space Tech.
• Turn high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, moving from prototype to production quickly.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the new department for rapid growth and potentially a spin-off to attract institutional backing.

• You are based in Europe or the Americas, or you are open to relocate or remote arrangements.
• You have a high-agency builder mindset, proven domain expertise, and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
