We power the business line at your neighborhood hair salon, enable your auto-body shop to text customers, support local government agencies, and even serve as the phone your mom occasionally answers from her computer. With over 20,000 customers and rapid growth, our ambition is clear — we aim to become the Square of phone communication

What You’ll Do 

You’ll connect with customers who already want to hear from us—no cold calls, no chasing uninterested leads. Your job is to handle inbound calls and follow up with people who’ve asked for more information. Your mission is simple: help them, guide them, and close the sale

You will: 

  • Talk to families looking for a safe first phone for their kids

  • Help seniors who just want technology that feels easy again (without 12 confusing apps)

  • Listen with empathy, communicate clearly, and close confidently

  • Ensure smooth number porting—because first impressions matter

Requirements
 
To deliver a great customer experience, your setup must include:
 

  • High-speed internet

  • A PC or laptop

  • Noise-cancelling headphones

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally with telecom or US market exposure

If you don’t have these essentials, this role isn’t a fit.

Compensation
 

  • Base Salary: $10,200/year to start (paid bi-weekly)

  • Bonus: $850/month at quota

  • Commission: Uncapped — your performance = your income

  • Growth Potential: Strong performers can grow their base and commissions within 6 months
