Role: B2B Support Specialist (HCF Agent)

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join us as B2B Support Specialists.
In this role, you’ll serve as the frontline account manager for our valuable business clients — healthcare facilities (HCFs).
Unlike a traditional call center role, your focus will be on solving real customer problems, preventing churn, and ensuring long-term success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare facility clients, handling calls and emails professionally.

  • Resolve customer issues end-to-end with urgency and precision.

  • Identify risks early to prevent client churn and drive customer retention.

  • Manage at least 30 calls and 15 email tickets daily, delivering real, lasting solutions.

  • Work independently, taking ownership of client outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
