Why Clipboard Health Exists:

We exist to lift as many people up the socioeconomic ladder as possible. We improve lives by helping healthcare professionals turn their extra time and ambition into career growth and financial success. Our technology allows healthcare professionals to work where and when they want, and enables healthcare facilities to access the talent they need—quickly, reliably, and at scale.

Job Description:

We’re hiring B2B Support Specialists (HCF Agents) who will serve as the frontline account managers for our valued healthcare facility partners. This is not your typical call center job—it’s a high-impact customer-facing role where you'll manage complex client needs, prevent churn, and solve real-time problems for our business clients.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, remote team committed to solving customer problems thoroughly—not just logging calls or reading scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for healthcare facility customers via phone and email.

  • Resolve customer issues end-to-end with a focus on urgency, precision, and professionalism.

  • Handle at least 30 calls and 15 email tickets per day while maintaining high quality.

  • Spot potential issues early and work with internal teams to retain customers.

  • Drive real results by solving problems deeply rather than temporarily.

  • Work independently without requiring close supervision in a fast-moving environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • You genuinely care about helping customers and take ownership of their problems.

  • You communicate clearly and professionally in English, both spoken and written.

  • You are a critical thinker who finds long-term solutions instead of just following scripts.

  • You take pride in your work and hold yourself to high standards of performance.

Experience Required:

  • No specific experience level or degree is required. We care more about your ability to think, communicate, and problem-solve than your formal qualifications.

Why Work With Clipboard Health:

  • 100% Remote – work from anywhere, anytime.

  • High-growth startup environment with a lot of ownership and learning.

  • Inclusive and diverse team culture.

  • Hiring based on skill, not just resume or degrees.

System Requirements:

To perform effectively in this role, you must have:

  • A reliable laptop or desktop (no Chromebooks or Linux OS).

  • Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection.

  • Wired headset for clear communication.

  • A quiet, distraction-free environment.

  • Stable power and internet supply.

Next Steps:

  • The application includes basic skill-based support questions. Incorrect answers will result in rejection, as they help assess real-world problem-solving ability.

  • If you pass the initial screen, you will receive a case study by email within 2–3 days. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
