The Opportunity: Sr. Manager, SaaS Sales 

We’re looking for an experienced SaaS Sales Professional to join our pioneering Business Development Team. In this startup-style environment, you’ll lead efforts to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and bring Capital One Software’s cutting-edge data management solutions to market. 

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success — to deliver value-driven solutions that empower our customers to operate smarter and faster in the cloud.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Generate and manage new business opportunities in the enterprise SaaS space.

  • Develop persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches for prospective clients.

  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key enterprise customers.

  • Track and manage all sales activities using CRM tools.

  • Provide feedback and insights to improve product-market fit and customer experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and accelerate growth.

  • Use data-driven insights to shape marketing and sales strategies.

Required Qualifications
 

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.

  • 2+ years of business development experience using a CRM.

  • 2+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales.

Preferred Qualifications
 

  • 1+ year experience with Salesforce, Databricks, or similar cloud-based technologies.

  • 2+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or Snowflake.

  • 5+ years of total experience in business development.

  • Proven success influencing decision-makers and closing enterprise deals.

  • Strong initiative, adaptability, and results-driven mindset in fast-paced settings.

Compensation and Benefits
 

  • Annual Salary: $165,000 (based on location).

  • Incentives: Eligible for performance-based bonuses and long-term incentives.

  • Benefits: Comprehensive health, financial, and wellness packages.

  • Work Type: Remote or on-site (Richmond, VA / San Francisco, CA).
