About the Role 

We are looking for a Technical Lead to guide our engineering team and drive the scalability and performance of our platform. This role is primarily backend-focused, requiring expertise in microservices architecture, cloud services, and backend development. The ideal candidate will lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure seamless system integration. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and mentor the backend development team, fostering innovation. 
• Oversee the architecture and development of scalable microservices. 
• Make strategic technology decisions, optimizing our TypeScript-based tech stack. 
• Ensure smooth integration of PHP and Python Lambda functions into our ecosystem. 
• Utilize AWS or cloud services to enhance platform performance. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals. 
• Solve complex technical issues and implement best practices. 

Qualifications 

• 7+ years of experience in software development and architecture. 
• Strong background in microservices, cloud services (AWS), and backend development. 
• Proficiency in TypeScript with working knowledge of PHP and Python. 
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive technical decisions. 
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is a plus.
