Your Day-to-Day 

You hit “Publish,” and the first wave of creatives you briefed goes live. There’s that familiar mix of excitement and anticipation. You close your laptop with a smile—your very first month at YOYABA has already been packed with meaningful work and real impact. 

Instead of spending your first week buried in manuals or onboarding PDFs, you’re welcomed by the team and quickly embedded into high-impact projects for leading accounts. From day one, you’re applying your experience hands-on, collaborating with experienced teammates to launch and scale Paid Social campaigns for our clients.

What You’ll Do 

  • Take full ownership of performance for key SaaS and Tech Scale-Up clients, including well-known VC-backed companies

  • Manage communication and project coordination both internally and with clients

  • Plan, launch, and scale Paid Social campaigns (and ideally Paid Search) across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  • Create regular performance reports with the most relevant KPIs, backed by a strong understanding of B2B SaaS customer journeys and metrics that truly matter

What You Bring
 

  • Experience: Proven track record managing Paid Social (and ideally Paid Search) campaigns with monthly budgets in the five- to six-figure range

  • Mindset: A strong growth mentality and a genuine connection to the start-up way of working

  • Passion: You enjoy building campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and beyond—and you’re motivated by pushing performance to new heights

  • Drive: You’re eager to grow both professionally and personally and want to give your best alongside a team of high performers

  • Language: Fluent English is required; German and additional languages are a plus
