What You’ll Do 

• Take full ownership of performance for key SaaS and Tech Scale-Up clients, including well-known VC-backed companies
  
  
• Manage communication and project coordination both internally and with clients
  
  
• Plan, launch, and scale Paid Social campaigns (and ideally Paid Search) across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  
  
• Create regular performance reports with the most relevant KPIs, backed by a strong understanding of B2B SaaS customer journeys and metrics that truly matter
  
  

What You Bring
 

• Experience: Proven track record managing Paid Social (and ideally Paid Search) campaigns with monthly budgets in the five- to six-figure range
  
  
• Mindset: A strong growth mentality and a genuine connection to the start-up way of working
  
  
• Passion: You enjoy building campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and beyond—and you’re motivated by pushing performance to new heights

• Language: Fluent English is required; German and additional languages are a plus
