Senior / Principal Software Engineer (m/f/d - Remote)

Weflow is hiring a Senior or Principal Software Engineer to work on its Revenue AI Platform, which automates Salesforce data capture and gives sales teams visibility into deal, pipeline, and forecast health. The role is fully remote for people based in Germany, and the work centers on deep integrations, AI-driven workflows, and scaling for a growing customer base. It suits an engineer with at least five years of experience who is comfortable leading development work and using AI tools in their own process.

What you will do

• Shape how the Revenue AI Platform evolves.

What they are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Expert-level proficiency in React + TypeScript / Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Comfort using AI for development, and interest in automating workflows where it improves speed without sacrificing quality.
• A solid understanding of software design patterns and architectural distributed computing principles.
• Experience working in SaaS product companies.
• Overlap with EU working hours (CET ±2 hours).

Pay and benefits

• EUR 90,000 – 110,000 per year. Weflow says pay is competitive and based on market rates in the country of the applicant.
• 100% remote: work from anywhere within your country of residence.
