About the Role
We’re seeking a Technical Support Specialist with a background in finance or accounting to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll guide new customers through the implementation and configuration of their billing workflows, provide ongoing support, and ensure a smooth customer experience with Vayu.
You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure that every customer setup is robust, scalable, and efficient.
