Role Overview 

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead and deliver end-to-end quality for a low-latency, event-driven platform built on Solace messaging and Azure (AKS). 

This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will define QA strategy, build automation frameworks, and ensure compliance for regulated financial systems. 

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi (on-site) or remote within ±3 hours of UTC+4
🕒 Type: Full-time contract (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities 

Quality Strategy & Governance 

• Define and implement a shift-left testing strategy

Automation Framework Development
 

• Design reusable test automation frameworks
  
  
• Build tools for API, messaging, database, and contract testing

Event-Driven Architecture Testing
 

• Validate message contracts, schema evolution, and delivery guarantees
  
  
• Test ordering, idempotency, replay, and DLQ handling
  
  
• Simulate real-world load scenarios and ensure system resilience
  
  

Data & Platform QA
 

• Automate data validation and reconciliation processes
  
  
• Verify data accuracy, completeness, and lineage
  
  
• Manage large-scale synthetic datasets for testing
  
  

CI/CD & Observability
 

• Integrate testing into Azure DevOps pipelines
  
  
• Execute tests in containerized environments (AKS, Docker)

Performance & Security
 

• Conduct load, stress, and failover testing

Leadership
