Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Manager / Account Supervisor to manage client relationships and oversee cross-functional team operations within an agency environment.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, effective project execution, and strong collaboration across internal teams. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of client business goals and can translate strategic insights into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients.

  • Build strong client relationships and guide teams toward the best strategic outcomes.

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the client’s business objectives, goals, and challenges.

  • Take ownership of projects and proactively solve problems.

Financial & Scope Management

  • Track project budgets and monitor account financial performance.

  • Support the development and management of Statements of Work (SOW).

  • Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control across projects.

Industry Insights & Business Growth

  • Identify new opportunities to expand client relationships and services.

  • Support new business development and pitch preparation.

  • Monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights to both clients and internal teams.

Leadership & Team Collaboration

  • Promote collaboration and morale across cross-functional teams.

  • Anticipate challenges and implement innovative solutions.

  • Work closely with cross-agency partners to maintain a positive and productive environment.

  • Lead smaller projects or specific business segments independently.

Project Execution & Quality Control

  • Maintain high creative and production standards.

  • Oversee project delivery across multiple media formats.

  • Ensure flawless execution on all assigned projects.

  • Identify potential risks early and provide practical solutions.

Communication & Presentation

  • Deliver clear, concise, and professional communication with clients and internal teams.

  • Present project updates, strategies, and results effectively.

  • Translate internal discussions into client-friendly communication.

  • Foster a positive, solution-oriented attitude across the team.
