Role Overview 

We are looking for a Product Designer to lead the UI/UX direction of the platform. You will take full ownership of the design system and create intuitive, user-friendly experiences while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.  

Key Responsibilities 

  •  Lead and define the overall UI/UX strategy
  •  Manage and scale the design system and component library
  •  Design end-to-end user journeys from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes 
  •  Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver features 
  •  Conduct user research and usability testing 
  •  Design AI-powered user experiences and workflows 
  •  Maintain clean and organized design files for development handoff 

Requirements
 

  •  4+ years of product design experience (preferably SaaS/B2B) 
  •  Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX expertise 
  •  Advanced skills in Figma and design systems
  •  Experience with prototyping tools 
  •  Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design 
  •  Strong communication and collaboration skills 

 
Tech Stack
 

  •  Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, TypeScript 
  •  React, Redux, Tailwind 
  •  Hosted on Heroku 

 Nice to Have
 

  •  Frontend skills (HTML, CSS, React) 
  •  Experience using AI/LLMs in design workflows
