Role Overview

TestGorilla is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to lead and optimize its go-to-market (GTM) systems across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This is a strategic role focused on improving processes, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling leadership with actionable insights to drive growth.

You will play a key role in shaping revenue operations, from pipeline management to forecasting and system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Own and manage GTM systems such as HubSpot and Gong 
  •  Design and optimize end-to-end revenue processes (Lead → Deal → Renewal → Expansion) 
  •  Define revenue rules, pipeline stages, and governance standards 
  •  Manage forecasting systems and ensure pipeline accuracy 
  •  Build advanced reporting for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams 
  •  Lead CRM updates, system rollouts, and process automation 
  •  Identify inefficiencies and reduce revenue leakage 
  •  Support strategic initiatives like pricing changes and GTM expansion 
  •  Oversee commission processes, including calculations and reporting 

Requirements

  •  Strong experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps) roles 
  •  Deep expertise in HubSpot (mandatory) 
  •  Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue governance 
  •  Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills 
  •  Familiarity with AI-powered operational tools 
  •  Excellent stakeholder and communication skills 
  •  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment 

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) or hybrid GTM models 
  •  Background working with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership
