About the Role 

As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer, you will play a key role in building and scaling a unified, AI-enabled GTM operating system across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. 

This is not a traditional RevOps or analytics role. Instead, you’ll focus on engineering systems, automations, and workflows that ensure revenue strategies execute efficiently and reliably at scale. 

You’ll translate business and GTM requirements into robust systems, enabling automation, improving execution quality, and reducing manual work. You will also help establish the foundation for AI-driven decision-making by ensuring data pipelines and workflows are accurate, scalable, and trustworthy.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, build, and optimize GTM workflows across tools like HubSpot, Gong, and other integrations

  • Automate processes such as lead routing, alerts, deal tracking, and enforcement

  • Convert GTM strategies and revenue rules into scalable system logic

  • Integrate product, sales, and customer data into unified workflows

  • Enable AI-powered insights (e.g., deal risk analysis, growth opportunities)

  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance

  • Reduce manual operational work through automation

  • Maintain clear technical documentation for workflows and systems

  • Collaborate with Revenue Ops, GTM teams, and AI-focused initiatives

  • Continuously improve and simplify GTM processes

What We’re Looking For
 

  • Strong alignment with TestGorilla’s mission and values

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, English)

  • Experience in GTM Ops, RevOps Engineering, or Systems Engineering

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows and automation

  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines

  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven operational tools

  • Ability to think in systems and build scalable solutions

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
 

  • Experience integrating product usage data into GTM workflows

  • Familiarity with tools like Gong, Segment, or similar

  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data transformation
