Role Overview
Teamflect is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Lead to take full ownership of its lead generation and growth engine. This is a data-driven and hands-on role focused on funnel optimization, experimentation, and measurable results rather than content creation or website management. You will be responsible for driving qualified leads, improving conversion rates, and building scalable growth systems.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage analytics and tracking systems including GA4 and event tracking to ensure full funnel visibility. The role involves optimizing conversion funnels by identifying leaks and improving performance, as well as managing paid acquisition campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. You will also run A/B tests on landing pages, messaging, and user flows, while continuously working to increase lead quality and acquisition efficiency.
Requirements
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, along with a strong background in B2B SaaS. A deep understanding of marketing funnels from visitor to conversion and revenue is essential, along with familiarity with metrics such as CAC, LTV, MQL, SQL, and pipeline growth. You should have a proven track record of generating leads and driving measurable revenue, supported by strong skills in analytics, paid campaigns, and experimentation.
