Position Overview 

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support the efficient day-to-day operations of the business. This role provides essential administrative support to management and staff, helping maintain streamlined workflows and professional communication across departments. 

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will handle a wide range of administrative and clerical responsibilities that directly support organizational objectives.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner

  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems

  • Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed

  • Assist with meeting preparation, record minutes, and distribute follow-up materials

  • Support data entry, recordkeeping, and basic reporting tasks

  • Provide general administrative support to executives and staff

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications
 

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Less than one year of administrative or office-related experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
