As a CRO Designer, you’ll work closely with our ideation team to transform wireframes and insights into powerful designs that drive results.

What You’ll Bring:
- UI/UX Expertise: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on UI.
- Figma Proficiency: Expert in Figma, including style libraries and file handovers.
- Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive frameworks.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends.
- Effective Communication: Strong skills to clearly articulate ideas and designs.
- Time Overlap: Availability to work at least 4+ hours overlapping with EST.
