What You’ll Do as Head of Growth Marketing 
We’re searching for a strategic and creative marketer to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across digital platforms. As our Head of Growth Marketing, you’ll take the lead in shaping Smile’s marketing initiatives, driving data-informed strategies, and achieving meaningful results. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop Impactful Campaigns 
  Create and execute growth strategies to increase Smile Plus installs, leads, and sales conversations. Leverage multiple digital channels like paid media, SEO, email marketing, and events. 
• Lead Growth Experiments 
  Identify opportunities to optimize conversion funnels and test new marketing channels. Experiment with innovative strategies to ensure scalable and sustainable growth. 
• Collaborate Across Teams 
  Work closely with Product, Sales, Content, and Data teams to align messaging and strategy. Partner with leadership to achieve shared goals while maintaining campaign effectiveness. 
• Own Analytics and Reporting 
  Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics like installs, qualified leads, and conversions. Make data-driven recommendations to maximize ROI and enhance campaign performance. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Proven expertise in growth marketing, ideally in SaaS or eCommerce. 
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, email marketing, app store optimization). 
• Proficiency in analyzing data to inform strategies and optimize results. 
• Experience running impactful marketing campaigns and experiments. 
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively across departments. 
• Self-starter with a passion for solving challenges and achieving measurable growth.
